1Accepting these terms

By downloading or using FitLog you accept these terms. If you do not accept them, do not use the app and remove it from your device. The app is provided by DeepyTech, based in Türkiye.

2Health notice and responsibility

FitLog is a logging and calculation tool for your workouts, meals and weight. Every number it produces is an estimate:

• Calorie and macro targets are based on widely used general formulas (e.g. Mifflin–St Jeor) and on the data you enter.
• The expenditure estimate is derived from the statistical trend in the weight and calorie data you log.
• Nutrition values partly come from public databases (Open Food Facts) and may be inaccurate.

None of this is medical advice and none of it replaces the judgement of a doctor, a dietitian or a coach. If you have a medical condition or an injury, are pregnant, or take medication that affects appetite, weight or blood sugar, consult a health professional before using the app.

If you feel chest pain, dizziness, shortness of breath or anything else that seems off while training, stop exercising and seek medical help. Never keep training through pain because a plan says so. You use the app at your own risk and remain responsible for your own health decisions.

3Your account

The app creates an anonymous account for you on first launch; no email or password is required. You may link Sign in with Apple to make the account permanent. You are responsible for what happens under your account — bear in mind that anyone with access to your device can change your data.

You must be at least 13 years old to use FitLog.

4Acceptable use

When using the app, you agree not to:

• harass others, or use an offensive or misleading display name
• attempt to access another user's account without permission
• overload the service with automated tools, reverse-engineer it, or try to bypass its security
• use the app for any purpose contrary to applicable law

We reserve the right to suspend or close accounts that breach these rules, without prior notice.

5Your content

The data you enter is yours. You grant us only the limited processing rights we need in order to provide the service to you (storing it, syncing it, delivering it to your devices). We do not publish it, sell it, or use it for any other purpose. See the Privacy Policy for the details.

When you log a workout together with a friend, that session appears in both of your accounts.

6Pricing

FitLog is currently free and contains no in-app purchases. If we add paid features in the future, we will say clearly and in advance what happens to the existing ones.

7Availability

The app is provided "as is". We do not guarantee that it will run without interruption, that it will be free of defects, or that it will behave identically on every device. We may change, limit or remove features. If we ever have to shut the service down entirely, we will give reasonable notice so you can export your data.

8Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, DeepyTech is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages, for loss of data, or for health outcomes arising from your use of the app. This limitation does not apply in cases of gross negligence or intent, nor where mandatory consumer law provides otherwise.

9Termination

You may stop using the app at any time and permanently delete your account and all of your data via Profile → Delete account. This cannot be undone.

10Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye. The courts of Istanbul have jurisdiction over disputes. Any non-waivable rights you have as a consumer are unaffected.

11Changes

We may update these terms. We will notify you in the app when a change is significant; continuing to use the app after a change means you accept the updated terms.
